He’s really not as smart as he wants everyone to believe. OR he’s so wealthy it doesn’t matter to him or any of his ilk. Just imagine how many more are like him in that 1% pretending to be so smart. DEI personified.
Actually, his reported IQ tends to be on the high side. That said, it doesn't necessarily state what is included in that IQ. Let me give you an example: my brother and I took the SATs on the same day, in the same class, at the same time. We both scored the same. Very low: 990. My SAT was higher in math than the reading and writing, while my brother's was the opposite. However, I'm the one that fails math all the time while my brother passes it. It's about how you use your intelligence. Whereas I thought I knew everything about reading and writing, and I knew that I was low on math skills, I tended to skip more math questions then I did the reading and writing questions. My brother just did the opposite. Kind of interesting how that works. My brother can make applications for banking. I, on the other hand, use my humanitarian values more and lean towards public service.
So, Elon may have a high IQ but it does not tell us where his intellectual abilities really lie. He didn't make Tesla's; he bought Tesla. He hires people to do things that he wants to do, but he doesn't actually do the work. So that being said, I would say that he'd have more of a business mind than a scientific mind. And that makes him very dangerous because that aligns him more with what Trump wants than what the people need.
Indeed, it's convenient that the people who make the IQ tests are the ones who decide what's "intelligent" or not. Historically, that's been white men.

This is assault! It's psychological assault!
It's far worse than that.
